Latinvalley has been an independent venture capital advisor to MI factory. MI factory is a venture capital fund investing in mobile Internet and wireless services technologies and applications. It is a strategic alliance between three world class partners:

 

Ericsson, the largest supplier of mobile systems in the world;
SAAB, one of the world's leading high-technology companies with its main operations focusing on defense, aviation and space;
 
Grupo Said, a privately-held, diversified economic group headquartered in Chile with a presence throughout Latin America.

Latinvalley advised MI factory in the closing of its fund in Chile and its first investment in Brazil, Spring Wireless. MI factory co-invested with Intel Capital, Banco Pactual and Softbank in the company's second round of financing.

Spring Wireless, a São Paulo-based company that provides end-to- end wireless data solutions to medium and large companies in Brazil.

Telecommunications

Latinvalley advised the Vectis Group on a major infrastructure project in the telecommunications space.
